Guided by gentleness,
grounded in care.
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist in Hong Kong offering a limited pro bono support space for adults navigating pressure, identity, or life transitions. My training includes IFS Level 3 training and a Master’s degree in Counselling.
You are welcome to arrive as you are, with clarity or confusion, strength or tenderness, hope or hesitation. My work is shaped by warmth, curiosity, and respect for the ways we learn to survive, protect ourselves, and keep going.
My practice draws primarily on IFS-informed psychotherapy, with influences from person-centred counselling, Satir-informed experiential work, and Jungian-informed dream work.
I hope to offer a space where no part of you has to be pushed away, fixed, or forced to be different. A space where you can begin to listen inward with more kindness and clarity.
For moments that feel heavy.
You may come with anxiety, grief, low mood, relationship concerns, trauma responses, burnout, questions of identity, life transitions, performance pressure, or something hard to name but quietly asking for attention.
You do not need to arrive with everything clear. We can begin with what feels present.
